My journey into massage therapy and bodywork began in 2006, rooted in a deep curiosity about how the human body moves, heals, and adapts. What started as a passion quickly became a lifelong vocation. I was drawn not only to massage techniques themselves, but to the powerful connection between skilled touch, movement, and the body’s natural ability to restore balance. My therapeutic approach is shaped by both European and United States traditions of manual therapy. From Europe, I carry a strong foundation in structured, clinical bodywork and precision-based techniques. In the United States, I expanded that foundation into a more integrative model that blends therapeutic massage, assisted stretching techniques, and body mobilization techniques tailored to modern lifestyles and chronic tension patterns.
I love exploring massage therapy because I think it's amazing how touching can help people feel better. I've spent a lot of time learning about massage techniques that can help with stress and make you feel more relaxed. From gentle Swedish massages to deeper tissue ones, I've trained in lots of different ways to help people feel good. I'm here to create a special experience just for you, to help you feel more balanced and less stressed. Let's work together to make you feel awesome!
My journey in massage therapy has been exciting! I've been learning and practicing for a while now. Every day, I discover new ways to help people feel their best. I've taken advanced classes and workshops to keep improving and learning about different massage methods. I believe that everyone's unique, so I focus on making each massage session special and tailored just for you.
